Prior to joining, Elaina has provided strategic consulting to LGA for many years. She leads organizational effectiveness within systems & processes, administration & compliance, and market growth.
Elaina brings a wealth of experience in marketing, innovation, process leadership, project management, diversity & inclusion, and community engagement. She earned her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill, BBA from University of Iowa & obtained her PMP certification for project management. Prior to her becoming VP at LGA, Elaina held global and domestic Marketing, Innovation, and D&I leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark, Novartis, & General Mills, and pharmaceutical sales at Merck & Co.
She has served on boards with United Way, National Black MBA, and is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her expertise and passion drive organizational excellence at LGA.
