Desired Experience:
- Developmental disabilities experience
- Direct support (2+ years preferred)
Compensation: $10-$12 per hour
Job Types
- Full-time (eligible for medical and dental benefits)
- Part-Time

Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license/photo identification card
- Must be able to provide a current physical and PPD (TB test) result
- Pass state background check (dependent on state requirements)
- Ability to move and stand for prolonged periods and frequently perform physically demanding tasks
- At least one-year experience working with individuals with Intellectual disabilities.
Education & Certifications:
- High school or GED (Required)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Note: Not required, but kindly accepted. If you are a CNA, at least 1 year experience is preferred.
Desired skills:
- Experience working in a Personal Care Home, Assisted Living or Community Living Arrangement setting.
- Comfortable working independently and can consistently make good judgments that benefit the client
- Flexible, with a keen ability to handle stress well
- Friendly disposition with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Computer literate
- Experience tracking and recording information
- Enjoy working with developmentally disabled individuals to improve their quality of life
- Strong interpersonal skills and passionate about helping those in need
- Can quickly manage stressful situations responsibly and effectively
